Nothing is more romantic than Central Park, peonies in bloom or a couple in love. Well, until you see all those things combined… Marina and Gary’s wedding day was pure New York City wedding day romance at its finest.
Their day started with wedding photos at Central Park, NYC. The city was bustling that day, and everything was so lush and alive for them. We adventured around the heart of New York City getting some of my favorite photos to date. From perfect little spots hidden inside the park to an incredible rooftop view from the Metropolitan Club of New York City they got a little bit of everything NYC has to offer in their photos.
For their ceremony and reception, the Metropolitan Club hosted their black tie, ultra-glamorous New York wedding. It was complete with a Mirrored Peony Chuppah that had everyone in awe. If you haven’t seen the Metropolitan Club here in New York City, be prepared, you’re about to fall in love with this space! It’s incredible architecture, amazing marble details, and one-of-a-kind glamour is something to take note of. There’s a reason it’s so iconic here in NYC as a premiere wedding venue.
The most incredible detail of all those was the mirrored peony chuppah! Hundreds, if not thousands, of delicate blush and white peonies hung above Marina and Gary as they said their vows. It was like something out of a wedding day dream! Every part of the design made their day so elegant and unique to them. They truly could not have had a more beautiful day.
Their wedding was also featured on Smashing the Glass , which celebrates incredible Jewish wedding days. You’ll see why they featured it throughout their photos, it really was the perfect New York wedding day at the most gorgeous venue in the city! As well as working with awesome wedding designer and planner Amy Katz events . Enjoy!
