North fork Photography – It was a day full of sunshine, love, and so many smiles at Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue, New York. Melanie and Willis had waited for their wedding day to get here and it was finally their time! The joy as Melanie slipped into her ruffled white wedding dress was surreal. She was a classic, beautiful bride and just so excited to marry Willis.
Their wedding ceremony was held at the stunning St. Patrick Church in Southold, New York. It was simple and sweet with a focus on what mattered most: their faith, family and marriage. It wasn’t a tearful ceremony like a lot of them are, rather it was a time of raw, unfiltered joy. They both smiled the entire time, holding hands and soaking in what was happening around them. The best part of it all was watching them walk back down the aisle, realizing they were finally husband and wife. Melanie’s smile was radiant!
Bedell Cellars awaited them for their wedding reception. Its’ fields were full of golden sunset light and tons of sunflowers. It made their husband-and-wife so fun with bright pops of color, plenty of gorgeous spots to take photos, and that amazing light! We had so much fun exploring Bedell Cellars’ grounds as they soaked in that just married feeling.
Their reception was nothing short of amazing. Bedell Cellars is known for it’s large, white open-air reception hall. String lights trace the top of the ceilings giving the entire reception a slightly more romantic feel. The décor was soft and welcoming with pale pink, light green, and white flowers adorning each table. That night in the hamlet of Cutchogue, New York they had the most incredible wedding reception and it was the perfect way to end their phenomenal wedding day.
